Tangy Lemon Dal- Indian Food Recipes

Ingredients- 1 cup moong dal 1 tbsp coriander leaves 1/2 tsp asafetida 1 green chilli 1 tsp red chilli powder 1 tsp turmeric powder 1 tsp ginger 1 tsp cumin seeds 1 cup water 2 tsp lemon juice 2 tbsp oil Salt to taste Preparation- Add water in the saucepan. Add green chilli,ginger,turmeric powder and let it boil. Add the moong dal,oil and let it boil. Add salt,asafetida,cumin seeds and just before serving add lemon juice. Garnish with coriander leaves.
