Ingredients- For dal: 1 cup moong dal 1 tsp turmeric powder water 1 tsp ginger 1 green chilli 1 tbsp cumin seeds 1 tsp amchur powder 1 tbsp turmeric powder 1 tsp red chilli powder 1 tbsp coriander leaves 2 tbsp coriander powder 1 cup water 2 tbsp oil Salt to taste Preparation- Heat the water. Add the dal,green chillies,ginger and turmeric powder. Add salt. Remove the dal in a bowl and keep aside. Sprinkle on the dal-red chilli powder,coriander powder,amchur powder and coriander leaves. For the tadka, heat the oil, to it add cumin seeds and sprinkle on the dal.
