I'm Yvonne with Elements Diet and Fitness in Manassas, Virginia, and today Melodie and I are going to show you the Squat Jump exercise on the Bosu trainer. Melodie step right up find her center. She's going to keep her knees bent. Lower down, keeping her core engaged. Coming down to a full squat position, and then once she's ready, she's going to try to jump a little bit. As you get involved in this, you'll start to feel more comfortable on the Bosu trainer. And as you get more comfortable you can move towards explosive power where you're actually coming up off the trainer, off the Bosu, finding air time. And while you are doing this you're working your glutes, your quads, and of course your core. Anything on the Bosu trainer involves core as it makes you stabilize. So the squat jump on the Bosu trainer.
