    I'm Yvonne with Elements Diet and Fitness in Manassas, Virginia, and today Melodie and I are going to show you an exercise on the Bosu trainer called the Hamstring Tilt. As you've noticed, we've flipped over the Bosu. So, we've got her feet center. Upper body is relaxed. I want her to lift the hips just slightly, now to a full straight position. She's going to tilt the heels back, pull the heels back, and rock the Bosu forward and Backward. Working her Hamstrings, the Glutes, and of course her core as she stabilizes. So that's the Hamstring Tilt on the Bosu trainer.
