This is a gist of a Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement lesson,

To experience the lesson, look for the video with the same title beginning with “Less”, which means lesson.
See below for the summary. Enjoy the lesson. Thanks.

Title: Shift the lower ribs forward for stable walking

This lesson is to encourage the movement of the pelvis forward and backward while you walk.

The lesson begins with legs crossed and shifts the ribs forward and backward.
You shift ribs forward while a foot is placed forward.
The ribs move alone at the beginning, and gradually they pull the pelvis, and then the heel of the foot behind.
