Title: Bend wrist backward on the side ~ease of shoulder~

Think of a hand having 3 areas; fingers palms or middle hands and wrists.
We look for the integration of the movement by dorse flexing three parts separately.
Movements include; opening and closing the fingers, moving right and left.
In this lesson we start to move with palms of hands together to get sensory inputs not only from the the hand moving but also from the hand not moving.
