510213 Flooding Along Illinois Route 3 In Union County and Around Mississppi River

It Will Not take to much more Rain for this flood the Road
Form what i could tell Mississippi River Pretty High on Flood Wall
and Over Flowed it banks in Illinois Side All Small Streams along Illinois Route 3 is what causing the Flooding I think some might be Mississippi River backing up
