NEW: Cleveland Captives’ Prime Suspect Ariel Castro Held on $8 Million Bail

Ariel Castro, the 52-year-old former school bus driver who owned the Cleveland home where three women were held captive for almost a decade, was arraigned Thursday on charges of four counts of kidnapping and three counts of rape. A judge set bail at $2 million per case; one for each of the women and the 6 year old daughter of victim Amanda Berry.
