Authorities are still reeling from the fertilizer plant explosion in West, Tex., a small town near Waco. Police say between 5 to 15 people have died, though that number could change. More than 160 people have been injured by the blast. Police and fire crews are sitll in search and rescue mode and a small amount of looting has been reported.
