Method: Take chicken breast, and cut it into medium pieces. Put the pieces in a bowl, and add vinegar; mix it well. Add garlic paste, ginger paste, curd/yoghurt, salt and garam masala; mix properly. Add blackpepper powder, and mix it. Add fresh cream, and mix again. Add cheese, and mix it. Add butter, and mix well. Add little salt and dry-fenugreek leaves; mix well. Keep it in refrigerator for around 1/2 hour, for marination. Take it out, and mix it again. Add corn-starch and little fresh cream; mix well. Take a grill-hook/skewer, and fix all the marinated chicken pieces on to it. Pour little fresh cream on the chicken pieces. Grill for 10 minutes in microwave, until brown coating. Chicken Malai Tikka is ready to serve.
