Plot: So this video is about a girl name lily, that when she made six her parents died along with her brother. So she goes live with a aunt that lived near by. Her aunt has a daughter named miley. You could say taht miley had everything a little girl could want, including what lily wanted more ... Parents. And in some way that made her sad, but what make it worse was that miley seemed to not wanted her there.
So lily always lived in the shadow of miley doing what she wanted and being hurt by here all the times.She felt like she didn't belong there and that she was always the second best, but with time she realizes that miley only treated like that because she was afraid of "losing" her parents to lily and that they would live her for here.
So they started to be friends in the "future". In on part of the video when lily is little and her classmates are being mean is because of something that miley said. Sometime later lily life begins to find his way, and she "tells" that to her father, mother and brother ( sister in the song), and she finds her true love that was her friend since she was little.( like you can see in 03:19 to 02:32)
