A 101-year-old's everyday routine includes glasses of alcohol.

One woman seems to know the secrets of living a long life.

101-year-old, Nancy Lamperti was born in Italy.

After moving to the United States in the late 1920s, Nancy worked as a seamstress in Brooklyn making about $10 a week.

In 1945, she got married and started her own family. Now her son, Louis is revealing his mom’s everyday routine.

Nancy gets up at 5 in the morning and makes the beds along with a pot of coffee. For lunch, Nancy usually eats a small sandwich with a banana.

In addition to her meal, she has two glasses of wine. Nancy usually takes a nap for an hour, wakes up and then sets the table. At four in the afternoon she indulges in a glass of Southern Comfort.

Two hours later, she drinks a can of Budweiser. Amazingly, she sticks to her drinking schedule every day.

In a study released last year, Virginia Tech University researchers found that people who completely refrained from drinking alcohol were 19 percent more likely to die than those who drank on a regular basis.
