Shaun Derry has told talkSPORT that Adel Taarabt has the potential to become whatever he wants, but admits he must change his mentality first. The Moroccan midfielder has been an enigma ever since his arrival at Spurs back in 2007, but he only managed 16 appearances for the north Londoners before joining Queens Park Rangers. At Loftus Road the 23-year-old has had mixed fortunes.
