Ravel Morrison is finally beginning to show his potential at West Ham, according to assistant manager Neil McDonald. The former Manchester United youngster, 20, initially struggled to settle in east London following his move south. A spell on loan with Birmingham City last season appears to have focused the highly-rated youngster who once interested Barcelona.
