TV presenter and celebrity Reading fan, Chris Tarrant, joined talkSPORT to discuss the shock departure of Royals manager Brian McDermott.
Tarrant told Mark Saggers & Micky Quinn that he believes the boss’ brutal sacking was orchestrated by the club’s new Russian owners, and that it was a pointless decision, especially after McDermott was named Premier League manager of the month as recently as January.
