Pringle: England weren't prepared to put the work in against New Zealand

Former England cricketer Derek Pringle says Alastair Cook and his fellow batsmen were not prepared to put the work in to get runs after a woeful performance against New Zealand in their first innings of the First Test in Dunedin.
