Ambassador Tells UN Colleagues to Stop Negotiating Drunk

Joseph Torsella, US ambassador for management and reform at the United Nations, politely asked his colleagues at the UN to stop showing up for meeting and negotiations drunk. The problem reportedly isn't a new one, with stories of ambassadors arriving at events "falling down drunk" and another requiring hospitalization. Patrick Jones has the story.
