Urschel model SL-A dicer. Serial number 550. Dicer is a continuous operation and USDA approved. Dices 4" blocks into cubes or strips. Dicer has a slicing knife, circular knife spindle, and crosscut knife spindle. Slicing knife can slices up to .5", crosscut knife can cut from .125" to 3", circular knife can cut from .125" to 2". Driven by (2) 2 hp motors (1) is a variable speed motor. Requires 440 vac 3 phase electrical supply. Excellent condition.
