Rockwell Trading Daily Video (Wednesday-February 20,2013)

Traders were cautious after all three major U.S. index averages reached multi-year highs, and ahead of today's FOMC Meeting Minutes. As a result, we expected the markets to be somewhat quiet and sideways moving until the FOMC Meeting Minutes were released.
