South Korean Unification Minister Yu Woo-ik said on Monday that North Korea's proposed nuclear test will be a major threat to the region. Yu and Foreign Minister Kim Sung-hwan attended a foreign affairs, unification and trade committee meeting to answer politicians' questions on North Korea's atomic tests.
