Ahmed Mehboob, the head of a think tank which promotes democracy, spoke to Al Jazeera from Lahore.
He says that Tahrir-ul-Qadri, a Canada-based cleric who is calling for a "long march" from Lahore to Islamabad, despite threats against him, is simply riding the crest of frustration to come back to politics.
