Norway emergency services take delivery of first helicopter

Norweigan police in Oslo finally have their own response helicopter. The chopper will be able to assist officers within 15 minutes. Police were heavily criticised for their slow response a year and a half ago after the Utoya island massacre and the deadly bombing of government buildings.
