Facebook Tests $1 Fee to Send Message to Stranger's Inbox

Facebook has begun to experiment charging a $1 fee for users to send a message to the inbox of a complete stranger. As is, such messages are sent to an "other" folder, but if this policy is adopted, they will be sent directly to the inbox of the recipient.
