Russia proposes US adoption ban

A controversial bill in the Russian parliament is upsetting civil rights organisations in the country. 
 
It proposes banning American citizens from adopting Russian children.    
 
Some see the proposal as a veiled attempt to get back at the United States after Congress passed a law targeting human rights abuses in Russia.
