Tehran has until Friday to commit to a draft agreement aimed at reducing global concerns over its' nuclear activities. A deal was hammered out in Vienna by Iran, Russia, the United States and France and would see Tehran ship 80 per cent of its low-enriched uranium to Russia by the end of the year.
