This is a Budget Van Lines review from a customer sharing their experience. With the consent of our customers, we are now able to share their smooth moving experiences with you. This customer moved from Alabama to Florida in June 2012. Below is a transcription of the audio review.
"Hi, I just wanted to let the people know that my wife and I used the services of your company back in July. We moved from Alabama to Florida, and it was really, I have to call it a 5 star experience, because when the one team showed up to actually move us, the gentlemen came and they were extremely polite and courteous. And when they began to move our furniture out they were very careful, how they handled it. They wrapped everything very tightly and neatly and blankets and taped them to make sure that nothing was exposed. We couldn't say enough more good about them. They were excellent. They were in and out, in probably about 3 hours, which was quite a feat for how they had to move. I've had goods we put in storage that I requested because of things that we're doing in our new home in Florida. And when we did call to finally have the goods delivered It was in a timely manner. Within 2 days after we placed the phone call and again, 53 foot trailers showed up with a very experienced driver who needled his way into a very tight situation where our home is located and they came in looked over where we wanted things to be put. They brought each piece of furniture in one at a time. Unwrapped it placed it where we wanted it. We were just dumbfounded that they would even take the time and consideration to do that for us. I have a respiratory problem. They didn't know that, but believe me it was such a tremendous help for us to put our home together. With their cooperation putting things where they actually were gonna end up being put by us. And again they were very courteous, they were efficient and they were in and out in a very, very timely fashion. I would highly recommend the services of this company Budget Van Lines I believe is the name. The performance was excellent. I don't know what else I can say except we were extremely pleased and we would highly recommend them. It was a very pleasant experience."
