Bloody Mary - Mocktail - A Recipe By Ruchi Bharani (1 Glass) INGREDIENTS- ½ tsp Worcestershire sauce pinch of pepper powder Lemon juice powdered brown sugar to taste Salt to taste redchilli powder Tabasco sauce (few drops) 180 mls tomato juice Celery stick ice cubes
METHOD- Mix together tomato juice, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, pepper powder,lemon juice, salt and Tabasco in a cocktail shaker. Pour the shaken drink in a salted rim glass. Add some ice cubes and stir with a celery stick and serve.
NOTE : Ready made tomato juice can be used. Adjust the taste of the drink according to the acidity of the tomato juice.
