This year, Russia's economic growth will reach around four per cent, Dmitry Medvedev told the Federal Assembly during the annual public address, which traditionally outlines Russia's goals and achievements. Medvedev pointed out some other of Russia's victories: unemployment has been reduced by two million people since the peak of the crisis, and the sovereign debt is minimal.
