As the fighting intensifies in Syria, medical services are fully stretched. But nowhere more so than in Aleppo, where they’re at breaking point.

Now a civilian organisation calling itself "Sedk," the Arabic word for honesty, is setting up a special ambulance service.

Al Jazeera’s Andrew Simmons joined them for a day.
