The wacky side of Russia's 'creative' spoilt ballots

Dmitry Medvedev has been announced as the winner of Russian presidential elections, held on March 2. The Central Election Commission registered a record 70% voter turnout, but 1.3 of voters took the polls light-heartedly, many of them in a 'creative' way.
