Malaria is one of the world's biggest killers. In Africa, a child dies from the disease every 45 seconds. Now the World Health Organisation is endorsing a new treatment - a combination of drugs, in one tablet, which, it says, will make a huge difference. Al Jazeera's Tarek Bazley reports.
