Louis Bouchard, fearing Craig Kennedy has evidence that could convict him for murder, sends Shirley McMillan on a secret mission to Kennedy's laboratory. However, the super-detective (wearing one of his less convincing disguises and speaking in an utterly unconvincing accent) has a secret plan of his own!
