Police in Pennsylvania are saying a bloodied, naked man attacked a woman on the street, gnawing on her head. According to police, Richard Ciminio Jr. went after the woman shortly after he robbed a nearby home. Police say Ciminio was tough to bring down and required prolonged tasing.
