UN slams security fail, says Bhutto murder was 'preventable'

A UN report into the assassination of the former Pakistani Prime Minister Benazir Bhutto, has said her killing could have been prevented. Bhutto was killed in a suicide bombing at a political rally in 2007 - just weeks after she returned to the country following eight years in self-imposed exile.
