Olympic closing ceremony plays out on a high note

London's Olympic Stadium came alive once again to mark the end of the 2012 Games.
The ceremony included a musical celebration of Britain's pop culture.
Even the usually cynical British tabloids heralded the event as: "The Greatest Show on Earth".
