After 13 years in office, Venezuela's President Hugo Chavez is running for re-election again in October.
But aside from accusations of corruption and meddling in the armed forces, he is also facing a housing crisis, caused by poverty and landslides two years ago.
Although the government is investing billions of dollars in housing for many it is an excercise that is taking far too long.
