Ethiopia will hold a state funeral on Sunday for Prime Minister Meles Zenawi, who died two weeks ago of an undisclosed illness in a Belgium hospital. Heads of state from across Africa are expected to attend the funeral. Al Jazeera's Mohammed Adow reports from Addis Ababa.
