In this video I talk a bit about one provision of the Patriot Act and how legislation to correct a huge problem with it has failed on several occasions. It discusses one plausible reason why these types of bills fail repeatedly. This legislation would have meant everything to those in the United States who find out that the state is targeting them for character assassination, psychological warfare, and targeting by electromagnetic frequency weapons, chemical weapons, and biological weapons.
