Against all odds: Mary Kom

Mary Kom, India's five-time world boxing champion, had to fightpoverty and social taboos in her troubled home state of Manipur to qualify for the 2012 Olympics. Like her parents, Kom grew up by working in the fields. But after 12 years of arduous training, the only woman to qualify for the international sporting event is set to compete with professional boxers from around the world.
