Turkey funds school for Syrian refugees

Of the thousands of Syrians now living in refugee camps across the border in Turkey, there are hundreds of school-age children who fled with their families to escape violence.

The Turkish government has spent $2m to build a school along the Turkish-Syrian border in the Killis refugee camp, where a special emphasis is put on math and science.
