Condoleezza Rice speech at RNC to show Republican foreign policy 'backbone'?

Former Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice has criticised President Obama's foreign policy with respect to Syria in a speech given in Ohio. Rice said he had not done all he could to stop the murders there and that the US should be arming the rebels. Will she repeat these criticisms in her RNC speech? Al Jazeera's Alan Fisher reports.
