Election to test Myanmar reforms

The US is urging Myanmar to hold free and fair by-elections this Sunday.

Opposition leader Aung San Suu Kyi, who was under house arrest less than a year and half ago, has complained of campaign 'irregularities'.

But as Al Jazeera's Wayne Hay reports from Yangon, such fears have not stopped many from hoping for political change.
