Fleeing Syrians fear attacks by pro-Assad groups

Syria's worsening humanitarian crisis has led to thousands of refugees trying to flee the violence into neighbouring countries. But in Lebanon, even those who have already fled are not safe from gangs loyal to Bashar al-Assad. Sue Turton reports.
