Hurricane Isaac brings heavy rains as it approaches landfall in Louisiana

Storm Isaac is now a category one hurrican as it approaches New Orleans.

With the storm comes heavy rains, high winds as tens of thousands of residents are told to leave homes ahead of Isaac.
