Cricketer-turned-politician Imran Khan says he will end corruption in Pakistan within 90 days of coming to power.

He was speaking at a rally in Karachi where some estimates suggest that more than 100,000 people turned up to hear him speak.

Khan's party, Pakistan Tehreek E Insaf, might be 15 years old. but never before has he ever drawn such large crowds.

The demonstrations was billed as a peace rally, an attempt to restore confidence.

But the journey for change is still shadowed by uncertainties.

Al Jazeera's Kamal Hyder reports.
