Violence puts strain on Chile student protests

After months of demonstrations, Chile's student movement has reached a deadlock with the government, while outbreaks of violence continue to mar most rallies that take place.

While the majority of the students are peaceful, the violence is becoming a problem for them and could hurt the widespread support they enjoy.
