Fears of 'resource curse' in East Timor

Twelve years ago, violence marred the referendum that brought independence to East Timor.

Then oil and gas was found and, today, its economy is one of the fastest-growing in the world.

But as Andrew Thomas reports from the capital Dili, some worry the pace of growth is getting out of control and could lead to a "resource curse".
