Syrian protestors resist repression

In Syria, troops and police have continued their crackdown on protestors across the country, even as demonstrators in different cities have been vowing to put even more pressure on the government.

Security forces seem to have stepped up their operations despite worldwide condemnation and demands that Syrian police and the army refrain from attacking civilians.

Yet protestors are determined to keep up their pressure on the regime.
