Syrian activist Dlshad Othman on public advocacy

Dlshad Othman, a Syrian activist who is working with others to spread news about atrocities without being detected by the Syrian government.

Othman recently met with officials at the US State Department and with other activists to talk about ways to improve this form of public advocacy.
