Police in Canada have opened an investigation into an incident where body parts were posted to different locations. A human foot arrived at Prime Minister Stephen Harper's party headquarters in a blood soaked box, while a second body part was found at postal sorting office in Ottowa.
In the last hour police have said they are looking for former porn star Luka Rocco Magnotta
